NOSE CORRECTION

The most common problem which makes patients consider the correction of the nose is the so-called nasal hump. In addition to removing this defect, skilful injection of filler, may also visually correct improve the following:

• a curvature due to nasal fracture
• a small nose
• an unproportionally large nose tip
• a lack of a developed "bridge" between the nose dorsum and tip
• a very uplifted nose

Administration of the drug involves injecting hyaluronic acid into the skin using a fine needle. The key to successful treatment consists in proper formation of the skin tissue filler in the nose. The thick substance can also be introduced into the skin through a cannula.

The entire procedure takes about 20-30 minutes. At the beginning, the doctor anesthetizes the area using a special cream or local anesthesia, and then proceeds to perform the injections.

Hyaluronic acid remains in the skin for about 6-12 months.

During the procedure the patient is fully conscious and can keep the doctor informed about their sensations. The effect is visible immediately after the treatment.
